Today I enjoyed a real British breakfast in the morning. From all eight ingredients a bit. It keeps me full until the evening.
On my shopping list for today I have every ingredient for:
- Banane-Walnut Shake
- Raspberry-Almond Overnight Oats
- Orange-Quark with Pistachios
- Overnight Oats with Apple puree
- Rice Bowl with chicken
- Feta cheese-Avocado Frittata
So I have planned the next six times breakfast, the next four times dinner and two times the shake. On Tuesday my work starts again an my lunch is covered by the salad bar at the mensa.
I will mostly do all steps today with a 30 lbs backpack. So, a bit of fitness will be done.
My back pain and my sore muscles are getting better, so I'm optimistic to start tomorrow my planned sport program.
Is anyone already following my blog? I don't think so...
